Flag of Azerbaijan in Baku torn by wind for the 4th time

PanARMENIAN.Net - The flag of Azerbaijan, erected on the State Flag Square in Baku, was torn by a blast of wind.

The police have cordoned off the square and adjacent streets while structures in charge were removing the torn flag.

This has been the 4th incident on the Square since the opening day on September 1, 2010. The faktxeber.com cites the wrong choice of the Square location as the reason for the incidents.
