In a meeting with his Armenian counterpart Serzh Sargsyan on the sidelines of the International Nowruz Celebrations in the Iranian capital, Tehran, on Sunday, March 27, President Ahmadinejad said Iran has placed no limits on the development of cooperation with Yerevan and that the two states need to cultivate their relations as two friendly neighbours.

The Iranian leader also attached importance to the implementation of previous agreements and execution of projects in energy and transportation sectors, and called for preparing the grounds for further cooperation.

The Armenian president, for his part, expressed delight over his presence at the International Nowruz Celebrations, saying the event can have a significant role in bringing the two nations closer, PRESS TV reported.
