Artsakh President visit construction sites in MartakertApril 4, 2011 - 11:16 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On April 3, President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan visited the Martakert region to meet with local residents and discuss problems they face. President Sahakyan also visited construction sites of the hydropower plants being built in the Mataghis settlement on the Trghe River to inspect the process of the works carried out and gave instructions to heads of relevant structures for proper realization of the programs. Prime Minister Ara Harutyunyan and other officials accompanied the President during the visit, reported the Central Information Department of the Office of the Artsakh Republic President.
