  Petros Efthymiou: OSCE irreplaceable in Karabakh issue settlement April 22, 2011 - 16:55 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - OSCE is the only organization to be trusted with the settlement of the issues between Serbia, Croatia and Kosovo, as well as Armenia, Azerbaijan and Karabakh, OSCE PA President Petros Efthymiou stressed.“Neither NATO nor EU can replace OSCE, being unable to compete with it where the knowledge of regional situation and ties with the nations are concerned,” he stressed. Mr. Efthymiou characterized the OSCE as the only platform for Russia’s dialogue with NATO, EU and U.S. on security provision issues.
