Syria Invites Armenia to Arab League as ObserverDecember 5, 2006 - 15:51 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Syria would be glad to see Armenia as an observer at the League of Arab Nations (LAN), Syrian Temporary Chargés d'Affaires in Armenia Muhlis Farauni told journalists Tuesday. He noted that three countries - Armenia, Iran and Turkey - expressed their desire to become observers at the LAN.
