OSCE to send 300-member delegation to observe parliamentary election in ArmeniaFebruary 28, 2007 - 13:13 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The OSCE mission for observing the parliamentary election in Armenia will include 300 people, OSCE Yerevan Office Head, Ambassador Vladimir Pryakhin said. March 15-23 the election long-term observation mission consisting of 24 people will be arriving in Yerevan. Each OSCE member state is entitled to send a mission including 30 members, he added. Some states do not exercise the right due to lack of means and specialists. Thus, the number is maintained by representatives from the other states. Vladimir Pryakhin voiced hope that a balanced geographical composition will be preserved.
