Aristomene Varoudakis appointed new head of World Bank Yerevan Office

PanARMENIAN.Net - Aristomene Varoudakis has been appointed as a new head of World Bank Yerevan Office, He will take up his duties April 2, Naira Melkumian, the acting head of WB Yerevan Office from November 2006 stated yesterday. The director post of Yerevan Office of the World Bank occupied Roger Robinson from 2002 till October of 2006. Aristomene Varoudakis works in the World Bank structure from April 2000 and occupied the position of principal economist in the group of Economic Development Perspectives.
