"Vympelkom" completed deal of obtaining 10-percent share stocks of "ArmenTel"

PanARMENIAN.Net - Russian Vympelkom company completed the deal of obtaining the 10-percent share stocks of "ArmenTel" Telecommunication company from the Armenian Government. The press office of the company reports that the deal totals about € 38.6 million or 1/9 of the final cost that "Vympelkom" paid for the 90 percent of share stocks of "ArmenTel" in 2006. The Russian company will also pay 10 percent of undisposed income that were received by ArmenTel during the period after "Vympelkom" completed the deal of obtaining the 90-percent share stocks from Greek OT till the moment of completing the deal with the Armenian Government on the 10-percent share stocks, IA Regnum reports.
