Official events will be organized on the occasion, the RA MFA press office reports with a reference to the national commission for UNESCO affairs in Armenia.Academician Victor Hambartsumyan is the founder of the universally known Byurakan observatory. He also made a number of unique discoveries. Writer William Saroyan is one of the classical scholars of modern American literature. ![]() ![]() Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert.
