Russia: resolution of Karabakh conflict by use of force inadmissible

PanARMENIAN.Net - "We are ready for negotiations and peacekeeping mission in Nagorno Karabakh. But we reiterate that resolution of the conflict by use of force is inadmissible," Russian State Duma member, first deputy chairman of the parliamentary committee on defense, Alexey Sigutkin said.
