Nagorno Karabakh: Elmar Mammadyarov offers a deal to Armenia

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Azerbaijani Foreign Minister, Elmar Mammadyarov, announced readiness to "hold talks with the Armenian community of Nagorno Karabakh in case Armenia recognizes Azerbaijan's territorial integrity."



"Azerbaijan initiates discussions of the Karabakh problem in various international organizations. Many of them have already passed resolutions on the matter," Mammadyarov said, Day.az reports.
