Kars-Akhalkalaki railroad construction start postponed to 2008

PanARMENIAN.Net - The construction start of the Kars-Akhalkalaki railroad has been postponed to 2008 over some technical reasons, Georgian State Minister Zurab Noghaideli told a news conference in Yerevan.



"The construction start scheduled for September 20 was postponed over some technical reasons. Presently, project for rehabilitation of the old railway is being developed," he said.
