We think that Ankara's measures are not proportionate to PKK actions. Turkey has chosen a method that arouses anxiety in Armenia and other states of the region. Actually, the cross-border operation will not have a direct influence on Yerevan. However, situation in the region is complicated and shaky and this incursion will deteriorate it," the Minister said.
