Expert: political cost of compromise too high for Armenian and Azeri elite

"We should understand that political cost of compromise is too high for Armenian and Azeri elite. The publics in both states are not ready for concessions. There is too much radicalism and a wide flow of propaganda used by the ruling elite for their own purposes," she said, IA Regnum reports.
