NKR Defense Army doesn't break ceasefire

PanARMENIAN.Net - The NKR Defense Army doesn't violate the ceasefire, head of the department of propaganda and information at the NKR Defense Ministry, lieutenant colonel Senor Asratyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter. "Misinformation spread by Azeris is meant to show the international community that the war in Karabakh is not over and that Armenians are aggressors," he said.
