Putin nominated for Nobel Peace Prize

PanARMENIAN.Net - Russian President Vladimir Putin has been nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize. The Centre for Alternative Energy in Zurich has chosen Putin for his alternative fuel initiatives in Russia.

The Swiss organization's main goal is to prevent future wars over oil.



The centre proposed Putin for his ideas on developing energies based on nanotechnology.



It also praised the President for his efforts to reduce Russia's reliance on fossil fuels, Russiatoday reports.
