OSCE Foreign Ministers Council called on Karabakh conflict sides to settle controversy

PanARMENIAN.Net - The OSCE Council of Foreign Ministers issued a statement on Nagorno Karabakh yesterday. As reported by the division of information and press at the Russian MFA, the statement says in part, "We note with satisfaction that Armenia and Azerbaijan agree to proceed with talks for the resolution of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement next year.



"We support mediating efforts of the Co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group and development of base principles for a peaceful resolution of the conflict. We do call on both sides to settle controversy, approve the common concept and take up elaborating of a universal peaceful agreement."
