Nicolas Sarkozy: Kosovo independence inevitable

PanARMENIAN.Net - European Union leaders agreed on Friday on the principle of sending a civilian mission to Kosovo in case the breakaway province declares independence, French President Nicolas Sarkozy said.



"Kosovo's independence is seen as inevitable," Sarkozy said in Brussels.
