The minister underlined that public diplomacy may have a positive influence on the process only after peace is achieved. "During a meeting in Madrid, the sides were handed a new package of proposals on conflict resolution. We are working at the document. Though there are no new proposals, it offers some new aspects. We think the document admissible but have some remarks," he said, APA reports.
