EU set to open two more chapters of Turkey's accession talks

PanARMENIAN.Net - The European Union is set to open two more chapters of Turkey's accession talks by the end of the July, EU Commissioner for Enlargement, Dr. Olli Rehn announced in Brussels.



The chapters on taxation and free movement of goods will be opened, he said, adding that he is pushing for the energy chapter to follow suit soon as possible, Turkiye reports.



The accession talks had been earlier frozen over Turkey's position on Cyprus.
