In his solemn speech Mr Saakashvili called on the opposition for dialogue and pledged to normalize relations with Russia.Meanwhile, the opposition held a rally to protest the outcomes of elections. Former presidential hopeful Levan Gachechiladze said the protest actions will be continued, RFE/RL reports.
