Assessing highly the Armenian-Russian cooperation, Mr Torosian said, "Relations with Russia are very important. South Caucasus is a region experiencing political and economic problems. It's the region of conflicts. Time has proved that cooperation with Russia contributes to peace, stability and development of the region. Forthcoming presidential elections in both states will offer new opportunities for efficient cooperation."
