Semneby: Russian influence of Armenian voters shouldn't be exaggerated

PanARMENIAN.Net - There are available candidates in Armenia and this factor raises public interest in political processes, said Peter Semneby, the EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus.



"Although there some problems with the media, all claims will be thoroughly examined," he added.



As to the Russian factor, Mr Semneby pointed out to close contacts between the two states. "However, I would not like to exaggerate the influence of this factor," he noted, Kommersant daily reports.
