Former deputy prosecutor general accused of illegal storage of weapons and violence against public agent

PanARMENIAN.Net - Former deputy prosecutor general Gagik Jahangiryan and his brother Vardan Jahangiryan were arrested, the RA Police's press office said.



Gagik Jahangiryan is accused in compliance of article 235.1 of the RA Penal Code (illegal purchase, traffic and storage of weapons, explosive assemblies) and article 316.1 (application of force agaimnst a public agent).



Vardan Jahangiryan is charged under article 316.2.
