  Putin sure Armenian authorities' steps to ensure constitutional orderMarch 7, 2008 - 12:30 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Yesterday Russia's President Vladimir Putin had a phone conversation with Armenian leader Robert Kocharian, the Kremlin's press office reported. Mr Putin voiced assurance that the steps undertaken by the Armenian authorities will help establishment of constitutional order in the republic.
