Armenian democratic institutions to be discussed at PACE spring session

PanARMENIAN.Net - Functioning of democratic institutions in Armenia and current affairs on the situation in the Middle East will be debated during the spring session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe is due April 14-18 in Strasbourg.
