CIS member states to conduct command and staff training of anti-missile defense system

PanARMENIAN.Net - A command and staff training of the CIS joint anti-missile defense system will be conducted on April 22.



"Some 110 jets and helicopters will be enabled. Over 20 various exercises in air borders defense will be practiced. Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan will take part in the training," said colonel Alexander Drobyshevsky, assistant to commander-in-chief of the Russian Armed Forces.



The training will be conducted under command of colonel general Alexander Zelin, reported the Central Asian News Service.
