Turkey won't join U.S. in setting up Europe missile defense shield

PanARMENIAN.Net - Turkey won't join the U.S. in setting up missile defense shield in Europe, Turkey's Defense Minister said.



"Turkey participates in NATO joint defense system organization. The missile defense shield in Europe is a sole project of the United States," Vecdi Gonul said, adding that his country's armed forces are efficient enough to ensure security, the Russian News Service reports.
