UAR condemns reception in Turkish Embassy in Moscow on April 24

PanARMENIAN.Net - On April 23, the Youth Association of the Union of Armenians of Russia intends to address ambassadors of foreign states over the April 24 farewell reception organized by the Turkish ambassador, who is completing his mission in Moscow.

"This event was cynically fixed for April 24, the day of commemoration of the Armenian Genocide. The initiative of the Turkish diplomacy is an unprecedented feature of its "culture" demonstrated during the Year of Turkish Culture in Russia," the Association's statement says.

On April 24, the Association members will lay wreaths to the abuilding Armenian Cathedral, where a liturgy will be chanted, the Association's press service told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.
