Armenian Genocide martyrs commemorated in Kyiv

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Armenian community of Kyiv gathered at the Armenian Church to mourn over 1.5 million victims of the Armenian Genocide.



Head of the AAC Ukrainian Diocese, Archbishop Grigoris Buniatian held a service for commemoration of the martyrs.



The event was attended by heads of the Union of Armenians of Ukraine as well as public and political figures.



In the evening, the Academic Chorus of the Ukrainian National Radio & TV Company and Ukrainian State Variety and Symphonic Orchestra directed by renowned Armenian art worker Sergey Matsoyan will give a concert in commemoration of the Genocide victims, www.analitika.at.ua reports.
