  OSCE secretariat pleased with Armenia's preparations for Rubezh 2008 exerciseApril 25, 2008 - 20:01 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Rubezh 2008 command staff maneuvers are more extended than in previous years, CSTO Deputy Secretary General told a news conference in Yerevan."The exercise consists of four stages. The first, organizational will be held in Armenia under presidency of the RA Security Council Secretary. The second will be held in Russia. The third and fourth stages are due in Armenia August 1-5.We do not rule out conduction of a fifth stage either," said Valery Semerikov. He said the OSCE secretariat is pleased with Armenia's preparations for the exercise. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution. President of the Armenian parliament Alen Simonyan met with the Speaker of the Azerbaijani Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova.
