Baku ready to hold talks with Karabakh if Armenia recognizes "territorial integrity" of Azerbaijan

PanARMENIAN.Net - If Armenia recognizes "territorial integrity" of Azerbaijan, Azerbaijan can open talks with the Armenian community of Nagorno Karabakh, according to an Azeri political scientist.

"Recognizing the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, Armenia should withdraw troops from the occupied territories. In this case, official Baku can soften its position on Karabakh," Rasim Musabekov said, adding that Armenia is unlikely to recognize Azerbaijan's territorial integrity in the near future, Trend Azeri news agency reports.
