Two Armenian states' national security concepts of should be interrelated

PanARMENIAN.Net - NKR's national security should be ensured on several levels: security system of NKR, documental guarantees of Armenia (including NKR joining regional and sub-regional security systems), said Masis Mailyan, independent expert on foreign policy and security.



Other forms of security will be conditioned by bilateral and multilateral negotiations, according to him.



"We lack such an important document as national security concept, which envisages the state security strategy from various kinds of threats. Adoption of the Concept by Armenia has created a possibility for development and adoption of a similar document in NKR. At that, the two Armenian states' national security concepts of should be interrelated," he said, adding that the NKR national security concept should fix that Nagorno Karabakh eyes its stability as democratic, KarabakhOpen reports.
