PanARMENIAN.Net - To hold talks with Nagorno Karabakh, Azerbaijan demands "Armenia's removal from negotiation process," according to Novruz Mammadov, head of the international relations department at the Azerbaijani president's administration.



"If Armenia moves away under a condition not to interfere in Azerbaijan's internal affairs, we can agree to hold talks with the Armenian community," he said, Trend Azeri news agency reports.
