Commenting on Caucasus Stability and Cooperation Pact, Mammadyarov said that Azerbaijan assessed this initiative as positive for countries of the region. "Azerbaijan will negotiate the issue but it is premature to make conclusions now," he said. Touching on discussions on Nagorno Karabakh held by Armenian and Russian Presidents in Sochi, Mammadyarov said, "We will continue negotiations with Armenia with mediation of the OSCE MG Co-chairs.
