  Moscow declaration roadmap for Karabakh settlement?November 20, 2008 - 16:21 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Moscow declaration signed by Presidents of Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia is a roadmap envisaging possible ways to resolve the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, Russia's Ambassador to Azerbaijan said. "Although Nagorno Karabakh is not a signatory of the declaration, it does not mean that NK can't take part in the negotiation process," Vasily Istratov said. "There are plenty of opinions on the issue but we should proceed from provisions of the declaration," he said, Novosti Azerbaijan reports. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin. Authorities said a total of 192 Azerbaijani troops were killed and 511 were wounded during Azerbaijan’s offensive.
