Participation in talks serves as a cloak for preparations for a new aggression, an expert said. "Karabakh's physical security can be provided through recognition of NKR statehood by world powers. Recognized NKR can ensure its security not only by military but also by diplomatic means. Agreements on military cooperation with other states will restrain Azerbaijan's ardor and will bring lasting stability to our region," Masis Mayilyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter. "If Azerbaijan 'builds up muscles' simultaneously with the negotiation process, we should work for international recognition of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic," he said. ![]() ![]() Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
