  Armenian accused of coup d'etat attempt in IranFebruary 2, 2009 - 13:12 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Speaker of the Iranian parliament announced arrest of four people, including Silva Harutyunyan, an ethnic Armenian doctor, on suspicion of coup d'etat attempt under the U.S. patronage. Although Harutyunyan was arrested on July 2008, the incident was first mentioned last week. Her whereabouts are concealed, a source in Athens-based Armenia new agency told PanARMENIAN.Net   Top stories Authorities said a total of 192 Azerbaijani troops were killed and 511 were wounded during Azerbaijan’s offensive. In 2023, the Azerbaijani government will increase the country’s defense budget by more than 1.1 billion manats ($650 million).
