Nalbandian off to Moscow for CSTO Foreign Ministers Council summit

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian is departing for Moscow today to attend the summit of Foreign Ministers of the Collective Security Treaty Organization member countries due on February 4.



The top diplomats will negotiate formation of collective peacekeeping force.



Armenia assumed the rotating 6-month chairmanship in the Organization in September 4, 2008.
