"These Turkey-Armenia talks were the most important and intensive since World War I," Babacan said, adding he hails positive contribution of third parties to the process. President Sargsyan, for his part, stressed to necessity to develop bilateral relations in the second half of the year. "Armenia is determined to collaborate with all countries of the region to make South Caucasus an alternative transportation route," he said, Anatolia News Agency reports. ![]() ![]() Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert.
