Turkish Foreign Minister may attend BSEC summit in Yerevan

PanARMENIAN.Net - Turkish Foreign Minister Ali Babacan said he has received an invitation for the summit of Foreign Minister of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization due in Yerevan in April.
