RA Minister of Economy and British Ambassador discuss the measures to overcome financial crisisFebruary 27, 2009 - 18:37 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The press service of RA Ministry of Economy reported to Pan ARMENIAN.Net that on February 26 Minister of Economy of Armenia Nerses Yeritsyan met with Ambassador of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to Armenia , Charles Lonsdale .During the meeting the parties discussed the development of mutual relationships, the issues regarding economic and trade cooperation, as well as the measures the Government will take to overcome financial and economic crisis in Armenia. During the meeting the Minister of Economy touched upon the issue of Armenia-EU cooperation within the framework of the Agreement on Free Trade. This can lay down the foundations for reforms in the nearest time possible. Charles Lonsdale welcomed the reforms carried out in the field of legislature in Armenia and their compliance with International standards.
