According to Today's Zaman daily, the date was altered from April 29 to 16 because of the Armenian Genocide Commemoration Day marked on April 24. Meanwhile, head of the RA MFA media relations division Tigran Balayan told PanARMENIAN.Net that the date was never altered and the summit was initially scheduled for April 16. Prior to the summit, BSEC Energy Ministers will meet on March 13, Ministers of Transport will meet on March 27 and a meeting between Ministers of Agriculture is due on April 10.
