UK Embassy to represent NATO in Armenia from 2009

PanARMENIAN.Net - The British Embassy in Armenia will henceforth represent NATO in Armenia, Ambassador Charles Lonsdale said told NATO youth forum today.



"Armenia is successfully cooperating with the Alliance. As to the IPAP, we do see progress in the armed forces reorganization, although some reforms are slowing," Ambassador Lonsdale said.



He also said that NATO appreciates the participation of Armenian peacekeepers in Kosovo mission.
