"This is the result of Armenia's failure to resolve human rights problems," Levon Barseghyan, Asparez Club chairman told reporters today. "The program was suspended although the Armenian government allocated $16,8 million to reach the index envisaged." He informed that 60 non-governmental organizations offered a plan to improve political and economic situation in the country and help resume MCA financing.
