Karabakh conflict not linked to Armenian-Turkish reconciliation

PanARMENIAN.Net - Resolution of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict is not linked directly to normalization of the Armenian-Turkish relations but progress in Karabakh talks can be positive for the process, research director of the Central Asia-Caucasus Institute Svante Cornell told PanARMENIAN.Net
