PanARMENIAN.Net - Summit of BSEC Foreign Ministers opened in Yerevan today.



"The Russian delegation is led by Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov. Azerbaijan will be represented by Mahmoud Mamedkuliyev but it's not clear yet whether Turkish Foreign Minister Ali Babacan will arrive," Tigran Balayan, head of RA MFA media relations division, told PanARMENIAN.Net
