RA Prime Minister forecast world economy stabilization in 2010

PanARMENIAN.Net - "2009 will be a hard year for Armenia," RA Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan said at governmental meeting on Thursday.

According to Prime Minister, RA National Service already published official data on decrease of economy. World economy rate, reviewed and published by WB, IMF registered a serious downfall to be continued into the year 2009.

Sargsyan stated that tendency for economy stabilization will be registered by the end of 2009 and in the year 2009 world economy will enter stabilization phase.

In Jan-Mar. 2009 GDP volume in Armenia decreased by 6,1%, compared with 2008. Total GDP volume in 2009 comprised AMD 465,5 billion.
