The play dedicated to the Armenian Genocide became a special kind of political protest, stage director Hakob Ghazanchyan, Head of Armenian Theater Union, said. According to Mr. Ghazanchyan, April was chosen as the time for performance premiere on purpose, play draws on the idea of Armenian Genocide. The performance was organized within "The Pan-Armenian Theatrical Project" framework, elaborated in 2008 in cooperation with the Ministry of Culture and Armenian Theater Union.
