RA President meets young European politicians

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan met in Tsaghkadzor with 30 young politicians from 15 European countries on Saturday to discuss the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, normalization of the Armenian-Turkish relations and the global economic crisis.



"It's our first meeting of the kind. Making it a tradition we can dwell on urgent issues, exchange views and ideas," President Sargsyan said. "I welcome young people's initiatives and will consider their proposals."



He also briefed on the history of Karabakh conflict and presented Armenia's position on the issue, a PanARMENIAN.Net correspondent reported from the scene.
